Production of tanker trucks for petroleum products

We use cutting-edge technologies, and also implement the company's proprietary engineering solutions, covered by patents. For example, BCM-112.6 petroleum tanks are equipped with a cabinet with an upward opening door, that allows quick access to main loading/unloading equipment, hose and nozzle reel and pumping unit. Tanks are made of 09G2S steel, aluminium or stainless steel using special technology. Torispherical tank heads that function as baffles are used inside of petroleum tanker trucks, resulting in extended lifetime of the equipment.

The following operations are possible for petroleum products tanks:

  • loading with the truck's own pump;
  • top loading with external pump;
  • unloading by gravity;
  • unloading with in-truck pump;
  • fuel transfer bypassing the truck's tank;
  • refueling of vehicles with fuel nozzle and meter.
