"Becema" machine-building plant specializes in the manufacture of semi-trailers for transportation or temporary storage of light petroleum products. All equipment is engineered in compliance with State Standard GOST R 50913-96 and European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). The product range of fuel tank semi-trailers includes tanks with capacity of 16 to 30 m3. Semi-trailers available for purchase are designed for the use with the most popular 4х2 or 6х4/2 tractor units.

Fuel tank semi-trailer: design features

Semi-trailers for transportation of light petroleum products with maximum density of 0,83 t/m3 are equipped with tanks of elliptical or flat-sided oval cross-section. Tanks are manufactured of 09G2S steel or AMG-5 aluminium alloy. The number of compartments can vary between 1 and 5 depending on the model variant. To reduce the liquid slosh effect, torispherical tank heads are used in all available tank semi-trailers.

We offer customized semi-trailers for better convenience in operation, in Moscow and throughout the country:

the design of pass-through cabinet provides quick access to loading/unloading equipment, and is covered by RF Patent;
cabinet is equipped with a pneumatic block button PFN (foreign production) that automatically closes all bottom valves when the cabinet door is closed;
service platform on the top of the tank is serrated for safety and to avoid slipping.

Each new semi-trailer is tested at in-house "Becema" test center. Quality management system of the plant is certified in compliance with State Standard GOST R ISO 9001 and international TUV standard. The overwhelming majority of key parameters of our semi-trailers are equal in quality to their foreign counterparts.

New semi-trailers are stocked with:

wheel сhocks;
several compartments;
cabinet in the middle part of the tank;
brake system lock-up during fuel unloading;
foldable safety handrail operated from the ground;
loading/unloading equipment.

Semi-trailers with different variants of unloading pipelines are available:

separate unloading by gravity;
separate unloading with a pumping unit;
unloading with a pumping unit through common collector.

Optional equipment is available for semi-trailers sold without pumping unit: pump, bottom loading system through one-way valves, petroleum vapor recovery etc.
